A: Delivery times vary based on the destination. Generally, it takes 1-4 business days to Italy, 3-6 business days to Europe, 1-5 business days to the USA, 3-5 business days to the United Kingdom, and 1-5 business days to the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).

Order Processing

Q: When are orders processed?

A: Orders placed by 14:00 Liechtenstein time are typically processed on the same day. Orders received after 14:00 may be processed on the following day.

Local Custom Duty

Q: Do you cover local custom duty expenses?

A: While we offer door-to-door delivery, please note that we do not cover any local custom duty expenses. It's advisable to check for any potential customs fees before placing an order.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a verified product defect. Most new, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
